Our division - "Consultancy Management" looks after our Consultants who work as contractors at various clients throughout the UK. This service is often referred to as an "Umbrella Company" service.
We also aim to offer a totally professional service to our Recruitment Agency customers. This results in a WIN-WIN-WIN solution for our Consultants, our Recruitment Agency customers and ourselves: -
- Our Consultants WIN as we look after the many little but essential details required when involved in the UK Contracting marketplace. This allows them to concentrate on the Client's requirements and complete the assignment in the best possible way.
- Our Recruitment Agency customers WIN as we ensure all the contract details are dealt with by us (company details, contract paperwork, chasing timesheets, invoicing). We also help ensure all our Consultants fulfil the obilgations of the contract. All this without interrupting the Consultant at the Clients site.
- We WIN as we add to our professional Consultant workforce enabling us to offer more of the services and facilities they desire or require.
We started offering this service back in 1994 (yes that's a long time ago!). That's the year we took on our second contractor and he is still working for us today. In the following years we showed good organic growth by adding two or three quality UK Contractors each year to our Consultant workforce. Today with annual turnover of over £1 million we can offer the financial strength and stability that marks a long term player in this essential marketplace.
Our ethos in our Umbrella Company service is to make the experience as much like having your own Limited Company with the least amount of work for the Consultant. We are a full service Umbrella Company and we offer all the services and facilities our demanding customers require.
