Your Logic Rapid support technician will assist with the following steps.

1. Enter the PIN code you are given into the entry box below.
2. Click 'Connect to technician'.
3. A small file will be downloaded to your PC, select 'Run' or 'Open' when prompted.
4. A chat window pops up as the connection is established.
5. Finally click 'OK' to allow remote control of your PC.
