Your Logic Rapid support technician will assist with the following steps.

1. Enter the PIN code you are given into the entry box on the left.
2. Click 'Connect to technician'.
3. A small file will be downloaded to your PC, select 'Run' twice when prompted.
4. A chat window pops up as the connection is established.
5. Finally click 'OK' to allow remote control of your PC.
