Logic Rapid was incorporated in February 1990.

For the first four years the company operated as a typical IT Contracting company consisting of only one employee providing IT services to companies in the UK via the UK contracting market.

In 1994 we took on our second contractor (we like to call them consultants!) and we doubled in size! The following year we took on three new consultants.

Today our Consultancy Management Division employs more than 40 IT professional consultants in a wide range of disciplines and industries. We have consultants working in Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Local Government, Charities. They work in a wide range of assignments from Help Desks, Project Management, System Administrators to Website Designers.

Our Computer Services Division was started in 2003 to serve customers in the Surrey and surrounding counties. This division provides system sales, maintenance, networking, support and advice to our wide range of customers. We 'look after' customers in small businesses, charities, primary and junior schools and home users. Our Computer Services Division is an approved trader under the Surrey County Council Trading Standards Services's Buy With Confidence scheme.

Turnover for the year ending 31-Mar-2007 for both divisions was £1,315,000 a 22% increase on the previous year.
